How to get to Toftrees

We're located in beautiful State College, Pennsylvania, only one exit from Penn State University.

AIR TRAVEL

University Park Airport (SCE):

Located just 3 miles away, Toftrees Golf Resort and Conference Center is the closest hotel/resort to the airport. The University Park Airport provides direct flights to and from Philadelphia, Washington D.C., and Detroit with services from Delta, United, US Airways and Northwest. A complimentary airport shuttle is available for resort guests.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS

From State College:

Take 322W to the Toftrees/Woodycrest exit (exit #71). At the traffic light at the end of the ramp, turn right onto Waddle Road, then right onto Toftrees Avenue. Toftrees is on the left.

From The West (from I-80):

Take I-80E to Exit 123/Route 970S to toward Woodland/Philipsburg. Go 1.6 miles and turn left onto US-322E (Twenty-eighth Division Hwy). Go 10.4 miles and turn left to continue on US 322E for another 20.9 miles. US-322 will merge with I-99/US220. Take exit 71 toward Toftrees/Woodycrest. Turn left on Waddle road and go approximately 0.3 miles. Turn right onto Toftrees Avenue and then left on Country Club Lane arriving at the resort.

From Harrisburg, PA:(Approximately 1 hour, 20 minutes)

Take US-22W from Harrisburg. After approximately 56 miles, US-22W becomes US-322W. Continue another 32 miles and take exit 71 toward Woodycrest/Toftrees and turn Right on Waddle Road. Turn right onto Toftrees Avenue and then left on Country Club Lane arriving at the resort.

From Pittsburgh:(Approximately 2 ¼ hours)

From downtown Pittsburgh, take I-376E / US-22E toward Monroeville. After approximately 14 miles, merge onto US-22E (William Penn Hwy) by taking left exit toward Murrysville and continue for another 76 miles. Merge onto I-99 / US-220N by taking left exit toward Altoona and continue 43 miles. Take exit 71 toward Toftrees/Woodycrest. Turn left on Waddle road and go approximately 0.3 miles. Turn right onto Toftrees Avenue and then left on Country Club Lane arriving at the resort.

From Philadelphia:(Approximately 3 hours)

Take I-76W (PA Turnpike) toward Valley Forge (portions toll). After approximately 95 miles (depending on the starting point on I-76W), merge onto I-283N toward Harrisburg by taking exit 247 and continue 4.1 miles. I-283N will become I-83N / US-322W... continue approximately 3 miles and merge onto I-81S / US-322W by taking exit 51A on left toward Carlisle/Lewistown. After 2.4 miles, merge onto US-322W via exit 67B-A toward Lewistown/State College. Continue 87 miles and take exit 71 toward Woodycrest/Toftrees. At end of exit ramp, turn right on Waddle Road. Turn right onto Toftrees Avenue and then left on Country Club Lane arriving at the resort.

From Washington D.C.:(Approximately 3 hours)

Take Route 270N toward Rockville/Frederick and merge onto I -70W toward Hagerstown via exit 32. In Pennsylvania, take the US-30E / I-70W exit toward Harrisburg/Mcconnellsburg/New Stanton/Penna Turnpike. The road seems to come to an end at a stoplight. Turn right at the light and merge right onto I-70W /I-76 (Penna Turnpike - portions toll) for 17.5 miles. Take exit 146 toward I-99/Bedford/US-220/Altoona/Johnstown and turn left on US-220BR. Follow sign for I-99N / US-220N toward Altoona by turning left at stoplight and then merging right. Continue 71 miles and take exit 71 toward Toftrees/Woodycrest. Turn left on Waddle road and go approximately 0.3 miles. Turn right onto Toftrees Avenue and then left on Country Club Lane arriving at the resort.

From New York City:(Approximately 3 ¾ hours)

Beginning on I-80W (portions toll) continue approximately 195-215 miles (depending on where I-80W was entered). Take exit 161 onto US-220S toward US-322/Bellefonte and go approximately 15.2 miles. Take exit 71 toward Woodycrest/Toftrees and turn right on Waddle Road. Turn right onto Toftrees Avenue and then left on Country Club Lane arriving at the resort.
